Create service orders (class form)

Click Service management > Periodic > Service orders > Create service orders.

Click Service management > Common > Service agreements > Service agreements. On the Action Pane, on the Deliver tab, and click Planned service orders.
Use this form to create service orders that are based on service agreement lines.
When you use the Create service orders form to create service orders, if you have not selected a particular service agreement, service orders are created for the period you specify and for all service agreements that match the specified period.
Note
To create service orders based on a service agreement line, a service interval must be selected in the Service interval field in the Service agreements form.

Period field group |
Enter dates to define the period to create service orders for. Note Service orders are only created for the period of the service agreement. If part of the interval that you specify in the From date field and the To date field is outside the period of the service agreement, service orders are not created for the part that falls outside the period of the service agreement. |
Show Infolog |
Select this check box to generate an Infolog that displays the service orders that have been created. |
Include transaction types field group |
Select the check boxes for the transaction types that you want to create. The transaction types that you select generate service orders based on lines of the corresponding types in the service agreements. |
Continuous |
Select this check box to re-create any deleted service orders before the date interval specified in the From date field and the To date field. |
