Worker bank accounts (form)

In Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and earlier: Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Workers. Select a worker. On the Action Pane, click Payroll tab > Human resources group > Bank accounts.

In Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2: Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Workers. Select a worker. On the Action Pane, click Personal information > Bank accounts.
Use this form to record bank account information for a worker.

Sensitive financial information is displayed in this form. Be sure to set up security permissions for this form in a way that does not put your workers’ financial information at risk.

Enter contact information for the bank. |

Account identification |
Enter a unique value for the identification of the worker’s bank account. |
Name |
Enter a name for the bank account. |
Bank groups |
Select the bank group that is associated with the selected bank account. Bank groups are maintained in the Bank groups form. |
Routing number type |
Select a routing number type. For countries that do not have a value in the Routing number type field, you should use either the Clearing code or Sorting code. Note This control is available only if Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 or AX 2012 R3 is installed. |
Routing number |
Enter the routing number for the bank where the selected bank account is located. Note The maximum number of characters for this field is 10. |
Bank account number |
Enter the bank account number. Note The maximum number of characters for this field is 34. |
Bank account type |
The bank account can either be a checking or savings account.
Note This control is available only if Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 or AX 2012 R3 is installed. |
Name of person |
Enter the name of the contact person at the bank. |
Telephone |
Enter the telephone number for the bank. |
Extension |
Enter the extension for the contact person at the bank. |
Mobile phone |
Enter the mobile telephone number for the contact person at the bank. |
Fax |
Enter the fax number for the bank. |
Enter the email address for the contact person at the bank. |

Internet address |
Enter the URL for the bank. |
Telex number |
Enter the telex number for the current address. |
