Use this form to view a list of workers who have violated absence validation rules. Absence validation rules are set up and maintained in the Absence codes form.

Results are calculated for past absence periods starting from today's date. The length of each period is determined according to the period that is defined by the Absence code.

The active validation rules for each absence code are represented by a column in the grid on this form. The color of the absence code is displayed in the column that it represents. To determine which absence validation rule for an absence code that a worker has violated, look at the color of the column in the grid and use the Absence codes grid on the right side of the form to see what absence code is represented by that color.

For example, if you have the two absence codes listed in the following table, two blue columns for the Child absence code would be displayed: one for the Max. days in a period validation rule and one for the Max. series in a period validation rule. One red column would also be displayed for the Max. days in a period validation rule for the Doctor absence code. If a worker violated any of the validation rules, the number of times that they violated the rules would be displayed in the column that represents the rule for the absence code validation rule that was violated.
