Create a customer product model group

Before you can specify default values for a group of customers, you must create a customer product model group and add customers to it.

This information applies only to Product builder.

Create a customer product model group

  1. Click Product information management > Setup > Product builder > Groups > Customer product model groups.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  3. In the Product model group field, enter a name for the new customer product model group.

  4. In the Description field, enter a description for the customer product model group.

Add customers to a customer product model group

  1. Click Accounts receivable > Common > Customers > All customers. Open or create a customer record.

  2. In the Customers form, on the Action Pane, on the Customer tab, click Edit.

  3. On the Sales order FastTab, in the Product model field, select the customer product model group.
