Retirement (form)

Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Workers. Select an employee. On the Action Pane, click Payroll tab > Human resources group > Benefits and deductions > Retirement.
Use this form to enter retirement information for an employee.
Navigating the form
The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.
Fields
Field |
Description |
Start date |
Enter the date on which the pension plan begins. |
End date |
Enter the date on which the pension plan expires. |
Pension type |
Select the pension plan type. |
Payroll category |
Select the payroll category for the pension plan. |
Private pension company |
Enter the name of the private pension company affiliated with the pension plan. Do this only if you selected the Administered personnel pension plan option in the Pension type field. |
Contract number |
Enter the contract number for the pension plan. |
Pension amount |
The amount that is included monthly to the employee’s pension plan. |
Employee percentage |
The percentage that the employee contributes to the retirement plan each pay period. |
Employer percentage |
The percentage that the employer contributes to the retirement plan for the employee each pay period. |
