Use this form to print, preview, or post invoice proposals for a project. You can post a single invoice proposal or post multiple invoice proposals at the same time. When you post an invoice proposal, a customer invoice is automatically created, and the invoice proposal status changes to Invoiced.

After you create an invoice proposal, and before you post it, you can add or delete transactions that are included in the invoice proposal. If your organization requires that invoice proposals be reviewed before they are posted, a system administrator might set up a workflow for invoice proposals. If a workflow is not set up for invoice proposals, you can post an invoice proposal.
