Delete project quotations

Use the following procedures to delete project quotations.
Delete a quotation
Click Project management and accounting > Common > Quotations > Project quotations.
Select the quotation that you want to delete.
On the Action Pane, on the Quotation tab, in the Maintain group, click Delete

Quotations with the status "Sent" cannot be deleted. If you want to delete a sent quotation, first update its status to "Lost" or "Canceled."
Delete multiple quotations
Click Project management and accounting > Periodic > Quotations > Delete quotations.
In the Delete quotations form, click the Select button. If necessary, customize the query to match your needs.
Click OK to transfer the quotations to the Delete quotations form. If the query transfers quotations that you do not want to delete, select them in the Delete quotations form and press ALT+F9. This removes the quotations from the list of quotations to be deleted.
Click OK to delete the quotations that are listed in the Delete quotations form.
Note
Quotations with the status "Sent" cannot be deleted. If you want to delete sent quotations, first update their status to "Lost" or "Canceled."
