Use the Print inventory journal report to print information about inventory quantity, cost, and current value. The data on the report is grouped by inventory dimension. Accountants and accounting managers use this report to review inventory operations. You can access this report from several inventory journals.

How to filter the data on this report

When you generate this report, the following default parameters are displayed. You can use these parameters to filter the data that will be displayed on the report. For more information, see Filter the data on a report.

Field

Description

Inventory profile

Select this check box to include the Inventory profile inventory dimension on the report.

Owner

Select this check box to include the Owner inventory dimension on the report.

GTD number

Select this check box to include the customs cargo declaration (GTD) number, or GTD number, inventory dimension on the report.

Navigation to the report

Click Inventory management > Journals > Item transactions > Movement. Select a journal, and then click Print > Journal.

Click Inventory management > Journals > Item transactions > Inventory adjustment. Select a journal, and then click Print > Journal.

Click Inventory management > Journals > Item transactions > Bills of materials. Select a journal, and then click Print > Journal.

–or–

Click Inventory management > Journals > Item counting > Counting. Select a journal, and then click Print > Journal.

If you are a developer, you can learn more about where the data on a report comes from by using the following procedure.

  1. Open the AOT.

  2. Locate the report in the SSRS Reports\Reports node.

  3. Right-click the report and click Add-Ins > Cross-reference > Using (instant view).
