Add personal titles and suffixes

You can add personal titles and suffixes by using the Name title and suffix form. When you create or change a party record for a person, these titles and suffixes are available to select. By using personal titles and suffixes, you can ensure that you are referring to a party correctly.

  1. Click Organization administration > Setup > Global address book > Name title and suffix.

  2. Click New to create a new line.

  3. Enter the title or suffix, select the type (title or suffix), and then enter a brief description.

To delete a personal title or suffix, select the record and then click Delete.
