Accommodations (form)

Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Workers. Select a worker. On the Action pane, click Worker tab > Related information group > Personal information > Accommodations.

Click Human resources > Common > Recruitment > Applicants. Select an applicant. On the Action pane, click Applicant tab > Related information group > Accommodations.

Use this form to enter a new request made by a worker or applicant for an accommodation, or to grant or deny an accommodation that was already requested.

Description

Accommodation type

Select the type of accommodation.

Job task

Select the job task that the accommodation request is associated with. For example, if you are salesperson with physical limitations and you have a job task named “Travel” associated with your job, you may need to create an accommodation request called “business class only” so that you are allowed to sit in airplane seats that have more leg room.

Status

Select an appropriate status for the accommodation:

Requested – An accommodation is pending approval or denial.

Reasonable – An accommodation is approved and granted.

Undue hardship – An accommodation is denied.

Created date and time

The date and time when the request for the accommodation was entered.

Accepted by

The person who accepted the accommodation request.

Accepted date and time

The date and time when the accommodation request was accepted.

Financial

Enter information about resource costs related to the accommodation.

Reply

Enter a reply to the accommodation request. For example, you can explain why the accommodation was granted or denied.
