Vendor invoices with pay when paid (form)

Click Project management and accounting > Inquiries > Retention > Vendor invoices with pay when paid.
Use this form to review the status of customer invoices and the related vendor invoices for projects that have a pay-when-paid setting. If a customer pays an invoice on a pay-when-paid project, you can select vendor invoices to pay.
Note
If you are using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, this form is available only if the Project Management and Accounting Add-in is installed.

Vendor account |
Select a vendor identification number to view invoices for a specific vendor. |
Vendor invoice |
Select a vendor invoice to view it. |
Project |
Select a project to view vendor invoices that are associated with the project. |
Project contract |
Select a project contract to view vendor invoices that are associated with the contract. |
Status |
Select whether to view all vendor invoices or only those that have a status of Open or Paid. |
Purchase order |
Select a purchase order to view only vendor invoices that are associated with the purchase order. |

Search |
Search for vendor invoices based on your filter criteria. |
Release vendor payment |
If the project has met the pay-when-paid conditions, click Release vendor payment to clear the Pay when paid check box. When you clear the check box, the status of the Ready for payment field changes to Yes. |
Retain vendor payment |
Click Retain vendor payment to select the Pay when paid check box. If you do this, the status of the Ready for payment field changes to No. |

The identification number for a vendor invoice. |
Date |
The date of the vendor invoice. |
Payment terms |
The payment terms that are associated with a vendor invoice. |
Currency |
The currency that is in effect for a vendor invoice. |
Invoice amount |
The total amount of a vendor invoice. |
Settled amount |
The amount that you have paid the vendor to date for an invoice. |
Line number |
The identification number of a vendor invoice line. |
Item |
An item on the vendor invoice. |
Item name |
The descriptive name for an item on the vendor invoice. |
Qty |
The quantity purchased of an item. |
Unit price |
The price per unit of an item on the vendor invoice. |
Amount |
The amount equal to the unit price multiplied by the quantity. |
Project |
The project that is associated with the vendor invoice. |
Pay when paid |
A selected check box indicates that you can pay the vendor when payment from the customer meets the pay-when-paid (PWP) rules that you set. |
Ready for payment |
The payment status of a vendor invoice. If the Pay when paid check box is selected, the status in this field is set to No. |
Customer |
The identification number of the customer to whom products on the vendor invoice were sold. |
Name |
The customer name on the invoice. |
Invoice |
The customer invoice number. |
Date |
The date of the customer invoice. |
Sales currency |
The currency that is in effect for the customer invoice. |
Invoice amount |
The total amount of the customer. |
Amount settled |
The amount that the customer has paid on the invoice. |
Payment due |
The remaining amount that is due for the customer invoice. |
