Receipts list report (PurchReceiptsList)

You can use the Receipts list report to verify the quantity that is expected to be received against the quantity that is received.

Navigation to the report

Click Accounts payable > Common > Purchase orders > All purchase orders. Click Receive and then click Pro forma receipts list.

Note

To enable Pro forma receipts list, you must first confirm the purchase order.

The data on this report comes from the following sources:

  • PurchReceiptsListDetailsTmp table

  • PurchReceiptsListHeaderTmp table

If you are a developer, you can learn more about where the data on a report comes from by using the following procedure.

  1. Open the AOT.

  2. Locate the report in the SSRS Reports\Reports node.

  3. Right-click the report and click Add-Ins > Cross-reference > Using (instant view).
