View transaction adjustment history

By using the adjustment trace feature, you can view the adjustment history of a transaction, including the original transaction and all adjustments that have been made to it. The transaction history tree also displays the details about what was changed in the transaction, when the change was made, and by whom.

  1. Click Project management and accounting > Inquiries > Transactions.

  2. Click the type of transaction for which you want to view a transaction adjustment history.

  3. Select the line of a transaction to which adjustments have been made.

  4. Click Inquiries > Adjustment trace. In the transaction form, an Adjustment trace tab is enabled showing the history of the transaction.

    To view the details of an adjustment line on the Overview tab, on the Adjustment trace tab, select the adjustment line, and then click Go to transaction.

    Note

    To open the Adjustment tree setup form, where you can specify which fields are displayed in the adjustment trace history, click Adjustment tree setup.
