Add questionnaire (form)

Click Procurement and sourcing > Setup > Categories > Procurement categories. In the Procurement categories (form), select a category in the left pane. On the Questionnaires tab, click the Add button.

Use this form to assign a questionnaire to a procurement category. When a vendor requests to do business in a procurement category, the vendor must complete the questionnaire for that category.

The questionnaire can be associated with one of the following activity types:

• Vendor onboarding

• Vendor management

• Requisition

• Shopping
