Deactivate a formula version

Use this procedure to remove activation status from a formula version.
Click Inventory and warehouse management > Common > Formula.
Select the formula with the formula version that you want to deactivate.
In the Versions section, verify that the desired formula version is selected.
Click the Activation button and verify that the Active check box is cleared.
Note
If a user is set up to require electronic signature on formula activation, a Signature form is displayed after the Active status is cleared. You must be authorized to sign electronically and the certificate must be successfully validated for the change to be committed. If your signature cannot be authenticated, the deactivation is denied and the change that initiated it is returned to its original state.
