Use this form to create transfer orders that distribute products from a warehouse to stores.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tabs

Tab	Description
Lines	Add the products to distribute.
Warehouse	Specify how and where the buyer's push is distributed.

Buttons

Button	Description
Calculate quantities	Calculate the quantities of the products that are distributed to each store.
Clear quantities	Clear all the quantities in the form.
Create order	Create the transfer orders for the buyer's push. Note If the stores being distributed to are in another legal entity, intercompany sales orders and purchase orders are created.
Add products	Add multiple products at the same time.
Dimensions display	Select the inventory dimensions to display in the Buyer's push form.
On hand	View on-hand quantities for the products that you want to distribute.
Order	After you have created the orders, view the orders for the selected store.

Fields

Field	Description
Buyer's push	The ID number of the buyer's push.
Description	A description of the buyer's push.
Site	The site that is associated with the buyer's push.
Warehouse	The warehouse that supplies the products for the buyer's push.
Item number	The item number of the selected product.
Unit	The unit of measure of the product.
Configuration	The configuration of the product.
Size	The size of the product.
Color	The color of the product.
On hand	The on-hand quantity of the product.
Pushed quantity	The quantity of the product that is being distributed.
Percentage	The percentage of the On hand quantity that will be distributed.
Total on hand	The total quantity on hand of the products to distribute.
Total pushed quantity	The total quantity that will be distributed.
Percentage	The percentage of the purchased quantity that is being distributed.
Remaining available quantity to push	The total remaining quantity that is available to be distributed.
Additional quantity to push	Enter the additional total quantity to distribute.
Replenishment rules	Select this option to distribute the buyer's push based on replenishment rules.
Location weight	Select this option to distribute the buyer's push based on the replenishment weights of the stores.
Fixed quantity for all	Select this option to distribute equal quantities to all the stores.
Replenishment hierarchy	Select a replenishment hierarchy to limit the distribution to the stores in the hierarchy.
Warehouse	Select the store to distribute to.
Respect assortments	Select this check box to respect assortments when distributing inventory.
Name	The name of the store that is being distributed to.
Company	The legal entity that the store belongs to.
On hand	The available quantity of the selected product for the store.
Pushed quantity	The quantity that is being distributed to the store.
Unit	The unit of measure of the selected product that is being distributed to the store.
