Add or remove multiple parties in an address book

Use the following procedures to add or remove multiple party records in an address book.

Add multiple party records to an address book

  1. Click Home > Common > Global address book.

  2. Select the party records to add to an address book.

  3. On the Action Pane, in the Maintain group, click Assign parties.

  4. Select the address books to which to add the selected party records, and then click OK.

    All the selected party records are added to all the selected address books.

Remove multiple party records from an address book

  1. Click Home > Common > Global address book.

  2. Select the party records to remove from an address book.

  3. On the Action Pane, in the Maintain group, click Remove parties.

  4. Select the address books from which to remove the parties, and then click OK.

    All the selected party records are removed from all the selected address books.
