(JPN) Import Japanese ZIP/postal codes

Use this procedure to import Japanese ZIP Codes and postal codes when you set up addresses. You must download the ZIP/postal codes file from the official website of the Japan Postal Office before you import the ZIP/postal codes. You must download the ZIP/postal codes file every month to guarantee that the ZIP/postal codes are current.

  1. Click Organization administration > Setup > Addresses > Import ZIP/postal codes.

  2. In the Country/region field, select Japan.

  3. In the File name field, select the location of the ZIP/postal codes file to import. During import, the existing information is overwritten with new records.

  4. Click OK to import the ZIP/postal codes.
