On computers running Windows Vista, you may not get inventory file information for some files when you specify the Original File Name in the metering rule

When SMS tries to read OriginalFileName for some files on a computer running Windows Vista, xxx.exe.mui will be returned, instead of xxx.exe, so it does not match the rule.

WORKAROUND:   You can set Original File Name to empty in your metering rules for files that exhibit this problem.
