Telephony Object

The Telephony performance object provides counters for monitoring telephone-communication activity on a computer that is running a Windows ServerĀ 2003 family operating system.

Counter Name Description Counter Type

Active Lines

Shows the number of telephone or integrated services digital network (ISDN) lines that were serviced by the computer and that were in use by applications during the sample period.

Active Telephones

Shows the number of telephone devices (telephones or speaker phones) that were in use by applications during the sample period.

Client Apps

Shows the number of applications that that were using telephony services.

Current Incoming Calls

Shows the number of incoming calls that that were being serviced by the computer during the sample period.

Shows the number of outgoing calls that that were being serviced by the computer during the sample period.

Incoming Calls/sec

Shows the rate, in incidents per second, at which incoming calls were answered by this computer.

Shows the rate, in incidents per second, at which outgoing calls were made by the computer.

Shows the number of telephone devices (telephones or speaker phones) that were serviced by the computer.
