Designing the Terminal Server Configuration

Applies To: Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 R2, Windows Server 2003 with SP1, Windows Server 2003 with SP2

You can configure Terminal Services by using TSCC Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in, Group Policy, or WMI. Some server configurations settings for Terminal Services, for example the Sessions settings, are also configurable for the user. Because the server settings can override the user settings, it is recommended that you set these settings on the server whenever possible.
