Specify the Mode of Importing the Data Page

Use the Specify the Mode of Importing the Data dialog box to specify whether to import all the data into the Data Warehouse, or to import only data that is new or has changed since the last import process.

To do this

Incremental load

Select this option to only load new data or data that changed since the last data import.

Full load

Select this option to perform a full import for all the import options selected for the package.

If you are configuring the import process to import profile, catalog, or transaction data for the first time, select Full load.When you import profile data in Full load, the Start Date will be today's date. To change the Start Date, modify the DTS package after you save the package through the Data Warehouse Import Wizard.
