How to Disapprove an Advertisement

You may have approved an advertisement, but the customer may want to change the ad. Before you can change an approved ad, you must first disapprove the ad.

This topic describes how to disapprove an advertisement.

To disapprove an advertisement

  1. To open Marketing Manager, click Start, point to Microsoft Commerce Server 2009 , and then click Marketing Manager.

  2. In Marketing Manager, in the Views pane, click Campaigns.

  3. In the Tree View pane, click All Ads.

  4. In the Search Results pane, select the advertisement that you want to disapprove.

  5. In the Tasks pane, click Disapprove.

    In the Search Results pane, in the Approved column, the status of the ad changes from True (approved) to False (pending approval).
