<Web Server> Properties, Identities Tab

Use the <Web Server> Properties and New Non-Commerce Web Server dialog boxes, Identities tab, to view or modify the properties defined for the Web Server.

Server name

Type the name of the computer on which the Web server is installed. Change the name only if you have renamed the server.

Identities

Add, delete, or change the IP Address, the TCP Port, and the host header name assigned to the Web server. These values are first read from Internet Information Services (IIS). To change the contents of this list, you can:

  • Click Add to add an identity.

  • Select an identity and then click Remove to delete it.

  • Select an identity and then click Edit to change it.

SSL Identities

Add, delete, or change the IP address and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Port for the Web server. These values are first read from IIS. To change the contents of this list, you can:

  • Click Add to add an SSL identity.

  • Select an SSL identity and then click Remove to delete it.

  • Select an SSL identity and then click Edit to change it.
