Use the Site Connections dialog box, Http Proxy tab, to configure a proxy server.

Proxy Server |
Type the proxy server name. |
Port |
Type the port number. This field can only contain a maximum of five numbers. |
Bypass Proxy Server for Local Addresses |
Select this box to use the proxy server for all local intranet addresses. |
This server requires user name and password |
Select this check box to require a user name and password to start the server. |
User name |
Type the user name to associate with this proxy server. |
Password |
Type the password to associate with this proxy server and user name. |
