Deleting a Tax Rate
You can delete an existing tax rate using the Tax Rates module. This is useful when, for example, the government cancels a tax rate.
To delete a tax rate
In Orders, click Tax Rates.
Select the tax rate you want to delete, and then click Remove.
To save your changes and return to the Business Desk welcome screen, click on the toolbar.
The tax rate is deleted from your site.
Caution
- After you delete a tax rate, it cannot be recovered. If you need the tax rate you deleted, you must recreate it.

- You must use the Publish Transactions module to update your site. For more information about publishing transactions, see Publishing Transactions on Your Web Site.
