Discount Trail
Multiple discounts may apply to the same product item in the basket. These discounts may be line item discounts, order-level discounts, or shipping discounts. Commerce Server provides a discount trail by storing information about multiple discounts that are applied to the same line item in the order. For information about enabling the discount trail functionality, see the “Discount Sitelet sample” in Commerce Server 2002 Software Development Kit (SDK).
