Full Text search in Help does not return search results

When you do a search in Commerce Server Business Desk Help, the search does not return any results.

Solution

Contact your system administrator to start the Indexing Service on the Web server hosting the Business Desk application. The Indexing Service should always be set to Autostart, because there might be significant lag time between when the Indexing Service starts and when the folder holding the Help content is available.
