Received Business Desk Access Error message

Although you have been running Commerce Server Business Desk without incident, you are unable to start Business Desk. When you attempt to open a particular module, you receive the message:

Business Desk Access Error.

Solution

The module you are attempting to open requires user rights that you do not have. Contact your system administrator to have these access rights granted.
