Step 1: Adding a shipping method

1. Open Business Desk - Retail from either the Start menu or the Desktop.

2. In Orders, click Shipping Methods.

3. In the Shipping Methods screen, click on the toolbar, and then select Charge by Subtotal from the drop-down list.

4. In the Charge by SubTotal - New screen, in the Shipping Method Properties section, do the following:

   Use this	To do this
   Language	Select English - United States from the drop-down list.
   Name	Type Vigor Airlines.
   Description	Type We will ship it for you.
   Enabled	Verify that the Shipping method enabled check box is selected.

5. In the Rates section, click New, and then do the following:

   Use this	To do this
   Price, up to	Type 10.
   Shipping Rate	Type 5.

6. Click Accept.

7. To add another shipping rate, click New, and then do the following:

   Use this	To do this
   Price, up to	Type 20.
   Shipping Rate	Type 10.

8. Click Accept.

9. To add the over 20 shipping rate, do the following:

   Use this	To do this
   Price, up to	Double-click over 20 to make the Shipping Rate box available.
   Shipping Rate	Type 15.

10. Click Accept.

    The new shipping rates are defined by subtotal.

11. Click to save the new shipping rates and return to the Shipping Methods screen.

You have added a shipping method for products shipped to locations in the United States. Proceed to Step 2: Adding a shipping method for a different locale, where you will add a shipping method for products shipped to locations in France.
