Editing Multiple User Profiles

You use the Users module to edit multiple user profiles. When you edit multiple user profiles, you make the same changes to all of the profiles that you are editing. You use update queries to change the value of a property in multiple user profiles.

You must have access to the Profiles modules to make changes to site terms, profile definitions, and profiles. For information about Business Desk permissions, see About Business Desk Security.

  • To edit a property that is defined as a join key that has been used to collect data, you must first delete the database column that the property is mapped to. After you delete the database columns, you must migrate the old data into the new database columns. Commerce Server 2002 does not support modifying the join key property when you have persisted data.
