Tax Objects
Although Microsoft Commerce Server 2002 includes the Site Server 3.0 Commerce Edition tax components, those components will not work with the new multiple-shipment shipping architecture. Only the SampleRegionalTax pipeline component in Site Server 3.0 Commerce Edition takes into account the multiple-shipment shipping architecture.

Notes
- The tax components shipped with Commerce Server 2002 are provided only for evaluation and testing purposes. Microsoft strongly recommends that you have an independent tax professional verify all applicable tax rates and data generated by these components before you use such information for personal or business purposes.
- The tax components assume that all line items are in the same currency. Taxing orders that contain items in more than one currency requires custom development.
