Currency Enhancements
With Commerce Server 2000, you have the option of using a high-precision currency value representation. This section describes the new currency representation, explains how to use it in both old and new pipelines, and lists the new data functions for handling the currency type.

Currency Modes. Explains the two modes Commerce Server 2000 pipelines use that allow you to mix old and new components together, or to improve the performance of your pipelines by using only the new currency value representation.
