Commerce Server 2002 Enterprise Edition pooled pipelines use COM+ object pooling to increase both loading and execution speed.

  • About Pooled Pipelines. Describes the PooledPipeline and PooledTxPipeline objects, how pooled and non-pooled components can be run in pooled pipelines, and provides debugging suggestions.
  • Managing Pooled Pipelines. Describes how to change properties of pooled pipeline components in order to maximize pipeline performance, and describes the Commerce Server tools you can use to monitor performance of your pooled pipelines.
