Use this method to delete all bids on an item made in an auction. The item remains in the auction database and new bids can be accepted.

Parameters
szAuctionId
A String that contains the unique auction ID.
bResolve
A Boolean that indicates whether to call the AuctionResolve method. A value of True causes the method to be called with the bOptimize parameter of the method set to True. A value of False causes the Auction object to skip the automatic call to the AuctionResolve method. The default value is True.
Return Values
The return value is reserved for future use. Ignore the return value.
Error Values
This method sets the Number property of the global Err object to S_OK (&H00000000) to indicate success and to standard COM error values to indicate failure. For more information about standard COM errors, see Standard COM Errors. Additional information may be available using the global Err object. In particular, the Description property may contain a text description of the error.
