This file provides functions to prepare and display the logoff page, and logs the user off when the page is run.

Remarks
If the user has an authentication ticket (AUTH_TICKET) or a Web farm timestamp cookie, it is removed. Once logged off, the user is allowed to log in as either as a new anonymous user, or as an existing or new registered user, as appropriate to the site login option.
