HRESULT IPredictorClient::LoadModelFromFile(BSTRsFilePath);

Parameters

sFilePath

[in] A BSTR that contains the file name, extension, and path.

Return Values

This method returns an HRESULT indicating whether or not it completed successfully. See the Error Values section for more details.

Error Values

This method returns S_OK (0x00000000) to indicate success and standard COM HRESULT error values to indicate failure. For more information about standard COM errors, see Standard COM Errors. Remarks

A valid model must be loaded before calling the other methods of the PredictorClient object. A model is originally stored in a database and must be loaded using the LoadModelFromDB method. Once loaded, the model may be saved to a file using the SaveModelToFile method.

The file path is relative to the current working directory of the calling process.

For more information about memory ownership issues related to COM property and method parameters, see Managing COM Parameter Memory.
