Configuring the Data Warehouse Resource

You must configure the Data Warehouse resource so your Data Warehouse works with Microsoft SQL Server. You can also configure the time zone and start day of the week that the Data Warehouse assigns to imported time data.

To connect your Data Warehouse to SQL Server, you set the connection string during the installation process. You can use Commerce Server Manager to change the user ID and password in the connection string at the global resource level. The Data Warehouse logs in to SQL Server with a user ID and a password.
