AuditLevel Property

This feature will be removed in a future version of Microsoft SQL Server. Avoid using this feature in new development work, and plan to modify applications that currently use this feature.

The AuditLevel property exposes SQL Server Authentication logging behavior.

Syntax

object.AuditLevel [= value]

Parts

  • object
    An expression that evaluates to an object in the Applies To list.

  • value
    A long integer specifying an authentication outcome as described in Settings.

Remarks

SQL Server Authentication logging writes log entries to both the Microsoft SQL Server error log and the Windows application log.
