MajorObject.Update Method (UpdateOptions, UpdateMode, XmlaWarningCollection, ImpactDetailCollection)

Updates server definition of current object to actual values using specified options to update dependent objects, reports any warnings from operation, and returns affected objects from operation.

Parameters

options: Specifies an UpdateOptions value that determines how to update dependent objects.

mode: Specifies an UpdateMode value that determines what to do if dependent objects exist.

warnings: Specifies an XmlaWarningCollection with all warnings resulting from update operation.

impactResult: Specifies an ImpactDetailCollection with all affected objects from update operation.
