Subscription Trigger Page (Data-Driven Subscription Wizard)
Use this page to specify a schedule or event that initiates the subscription. You can choose an event-driven trigger that processes the subscription when a report snapshot is refreshed, or you can schedule a processing time for the subscription.
Options
- Deliver when the report is updated on the report server
Select this option when the report you are subscribing to is a report snapshot that is refreshed on a scheduled basis. In this case, subscription processing occurs when the snapshot is refreshed. This option is selected by default if you are subscribing to a report that is associated with a snapshot schedule.
- On a shared schedule
If shared schedules are available on the report server, you can select one to use with this subscription.
- On a custom schedule
Select this option to create a custom schedule for this subscription.
- Set Schedule
Click Set Schedule to open the Create Custom Schedule dialog box so that you can specify schedule information to process the subscription at a date and time you define. Different date and time options appear when you specify frequency information.
