SqlCeReplication.SnapshotTransferType Property
This type has a SecurityCriticalAttribute attribute, which restricts it to internal use by the .NET Framework for Silverlight class library. Application code that uses any member of this type throws a MethodAccessException.

Controls how snapshot files are transferred from the Distributor to the computer running IIS. Snapshot files can be transferred using either the HTTP or the FTP protocol.
