Microsoft is retiring the TechNet Subscriptions service and discontinued sales on August 31, 2013. Subscribers with active accounts may continue to access program benefits until their current subscription period concludes.
Eligible subscribers with active accounts as of September 1, 2013 will receive a free, one-time, 90 day subscription extension.

Online Concierge
Online Concierge is a web-based chat service available for TechNet subscribers. A Microsoft online assistant will work with you to find the answers to your non-technical questions as well as direct you to any technical resources. Non-technical questions can range from navigating through the TechNet website, Knowledge Base (KB) article searches, and Subscriber Downloads.
To begin your chat session, visit the My Account page and click on the link for online concierge.
Online Concierge does not provide answers to TechNet Subscription queries. For assistance on questions specific to managing TechNet subscriptions, or to make changes to your TechNet subscription by phone, online, or email, please contact your local TechNet Customer Service Center.
