A Microsoft online assistant will work with you to find the answers to your non-technical questions as well as direct you to any technical resources. Non-technical questions can range from navigating through the TechNet website, Knowledge Base (KB) article searches, and Subscriber Downloads.
To begin your chat session, visit the My Account page and click on the link for online chat.
If you need technical assistance, please reach out to the TechNet forums or Technical Support. These features may vary depending on your subscription type. Online Chat is available 24 hours, 7 days a week except for holidays (English only).
