The Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Management Pack for System Center Operations Manager monitors the Windows Application log on computers running Exchange 2010 and generates this alert when the events specified in the following Details table are logged.

Explanation

This Warning event indicates that the properties of objects in Microsoft Exchange are pointing to Active Directory objects that have been deleted.

This event should occur only one time per mailbox if the HomeMTA attribute points to a deleted object in Active Directory.

User Action

View the logs in Event Viewer to determine which objects have been deleted from Active Directory.

To resolve this issue for a specific user, run the following cmdlet in the Exchange Management Shell on the server: Get-Mailbox <Alias> | Update-Recipient.

To resolve this issue for all user mailboxes, run the following cmdlet in the Exchange Management Shell on the server: Get-Mailbox | Update-Recipient.

To resolve this issue for the arbitration mailboxes, run the following cmdlet in the Exchange Management Shell on the server: Get-Mailbox -Arbitration | Update-Recipient.
