Introducing UE-V and Microsoft App-V 5.0
Microsoft User Experience Virtualization (UE-V) delivers a consistent and personal Windows experience for users’ workstyle regardless of the device being used, meaning that employees have the option to change their device and keep their experience without needing to reconfigure their applications or desktop settings each time they login to Windows 7 or Windows 8. Microsoft Application Virtualization (App-V) enables anywhere access to applications that are dynamically available on any authorized PC without application installs – online or offline. App-V 5.0 offers a more consistent user experience through flexible virtualization, integrated platform and powerful management. UE-V and App-V 5.0 are both part of the Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP) 2012 release which is now available for download.
