How to Customize the Details Template
Details templates control the appearance of object properties that are accessed by using address lists in both Microsoft MS-DOSĀ® 16-bit and MAPI 32-bit client applications. When a user opens an address list in Outlook, for example, the properties of a particular object are presented as defined by the details template in the Exchange organization. You can use the default details template or you can customize the template to better suit the needs of your users. This procedure outlines how to customize the details template.
