All TechNet Plus Subscription sales for the EMEA region are fulfilled from Ireland by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited. VAT registered subscribers in EU countries outside of Ireland who provide a valid VAT number will be charged VAT at the zero rate (0%) under the Reverse Charge procedure. All subscribers located in Ireland and subscribers located outside Ireland but within the EU who have not provided a valid VAT number will be charged Irish VAT, currently at 21%.
