Low-privilege environments

In order to obtain full functionality, the Operations Manager agent account must be a member of the local administrators group or must be networkservice or localsystem. When running in a low-privilege environment, special privileges are required for the following functionality:

• To collect performance monitoring data, the Operations Manager agent account must be a member of the local Performance Monitor users group.

• To run tasks in the FPSP management pack, the Operations Manager agent account must be a member of the local administrators group or must be a network service or local system.
