Using the Password Reset Deployment Feature in Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) 2010
The password reset feature in Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) 2010 allows end users to reset their passwords from the Windows logon screen after they complete a registration process to verify their identities. This avoids the costs of involving IT helpdesk personnel to reset passwords for your users.
In this video I’ll show you how an end user would complete the password reset registration process and then I’ll show you how an end user uses the feature to reset a password.
